                            It is harder..I have been a hypnotist for years and I know that it is one of the toughest addictions to break, harder of many than booze...try to find something that makes you feel good and focus on that when the feeling becomes overwhelming..that is what i have seen work best for people.

                            No not get discouraged...you CAN DO THIS,.,.,I KNOW YOU CAN!!!

                              No, you're not being silly at all... many say Cigarettes are a harder addiction to overcome than alcohol or heroin. And, I whimped out and opted for the drugs... kudos for going it cold turkey, my luv!
