I am back to posting and trying to stay away from alcohol. Really sad how I fell so easily back into my old habits. Not making excuses - just need some encouragement.

Thanks for your posts. I am eatting a fruit smoothie as a treat this evening. I really want to stop drinking, but have trouble staying true to the plan. Stress makes me just want to shut out the noise - if you know what I mean. So, one day at a time, as they say.Comment

Thanks upnorthgirl. The pic is not my puppy, but I do have two of the sweetest dogs on earth (brother and sister English Springer Spaniels). They are always there when I need a shoulder to cry on!Comment
