I was speaking at the A.R.E ( Edgar Cayce college) in Va. beach when I first heard of it...last time i did it, I lost 5 lbs. and beamed with energy...The pectin cleans you out and rebuilds cells...great stuff.

Hi LimeyOne and Gyco and anyone else I might have missed. I am looking at my pretty mountains with blue skys again today....how can I be in a bad mood looking at that????
I sold policies last night that brought in about $500.....that was a great sale and something to get excited about....I need to work on more like that.

I want to do cold turkey when I do it too. The patches make my heart race a bit. When I quit for 17 years, I did it cold turkey.
