          A very good morning to all. The positive posts today are a great way to wake my sleepy head!
          So glad you had a good time kap and everything went well. There are alot of bad boy racers in n.z arnt there!
          Keep it up for me oney and starts. Your nic freedom is showing me how it should be done, and I'm gaining mental strengh from you both in my own alcohol free attemps.
          I really hope I get some money today cause it really is getting me down having abdolutly none whatsoever and a big pile of unpaid bills. If I haven't I'm going to call them and give um hell.
          AA meeting tnt. Nervous but hoping it can help me greatly on my road to recovery.
          I hope everyone here on mwo is having a good day and that we can all achieve our addiction free goals. My love and positive vibes to all. Xxx

              Morning all. Have a day off today just up great to have a sleep in. Wonder what I will have for brekkie anyone like to join me? Eggs, sausages, rashers, toast some good company. Oney I just want to say u how much I admire your willpower. I have watched u climb the walls with nicotine attack and still stuck it out well done. I know what it is like I have tried on numerous occasions to to give up and all I can say for me it was hell. So give yourself a pat girl u deserve and u are getting there the worst is almost over.                     Funny story...

                    When I was in Moscow, we were talking about how different districts of Moscow had different rules, e.g. in some areas you weren't allowed to drink on the streets. I was explaining that was the case in some towns in the UK and the response from a Russian was...

                    'Oh yeah, you can't drink in pubs can you...'

                    There was silence for a bit as they thought about their comment (you could almost hear the cogs turning) and then...

                    'No, wait... that's not right... hold on... I know, you can't SMOKE in pubs, that's it.'

                    And then...

                    'Of course you can drink in pubs, duh, that would be stupid...'

                            I think u will have no probs putting up weight now. I never had a weight prob until I gave up ciggis then I balooned by 2 stone. Then I went back on them lost a bit and now off them again since Jan on the gum though. It is so much easier that way am now down to 4 pieces at night. Am going for a long walk now to get rid of cobwebs lurking. Talk soon.

                              We told them that is wasn't just pubs, but any public place.

                              And their response was:

                              'But what if you're walking down the street and you really need one???'

                              LOL, initially typed 'pubic places', then corrected it to 'plubic' and thought - there's something not right about that...

                                Morning all. Just a quick check in from me as i'm using my sister's mobile broadband. Had very little sleep last night as i slept in the baby's room and she was up half the night, with her parents constantly back and for the room.
