Yes, it should...but the habit of chewing for me was a biggy especially that delicious nicotine burn and buzz when I really got going :-)

I found it easier to give upcigs and I was a big smoker, 30 a day , smoked since I was 14.
However smoking is an akll day every day thing and myhead was in a different place then, alot of success is down to where your heads at, at that time.

Im not going to be able to go to the place tmr cause its a half an hour drive to cardiff, and i have no peterol or money, and a meeting to go to, so must save it for that. But i will phone phone phone and let rip.
