START .... when it turns UGLY then i let someone know.. my counselor, then we are back to square one.. ON all them pills again! I'm a big girl and know better by now!!! I have a husband and a life still. I still get ansy during the week, butt i have to wait it out.. part of why i am so nutty ...

Wow, so 8 was a nasty nasty then....
I read the book, when I first started. I thought I would try first without meds and see how I went. Thankfully the supps help me loads...although at the beginning, my anxiety was off the scale

Me and Startsy are twin squirrels ...any time I drank it was never one day a week..
I am an ALL or nothing kinda person...but not everyone is like me, and the world is very grateful for that !!!

I like the all one too, I tried to stop the lglut, and kudzu before christmas and started craving again...I am thinking of cutting them down when I get to grips with this nicotine thing..They are expensive and I am not working just now..
