By the way, to those of you who are trying to quit cigs. My blood pressure was 132/80 ten days ago when I was at the Dr. When I went in today for my follow up, it was 122/62.....That is something to think about. This is only day 1 and there is already a diff in my BP!!!

I'm so happy for you Kriger! Time truly does fly when you're having fun, huh?
The blood pressure thing: My BP has always been pretty normal for some reason. After I quit smoking and drinking it now runs around 98/65(on the home monitor)! I keep telling hubby if he would just clean up his act he could get off his BP medicine!!
