I usually drink about 2-3 cups, but today had a BIG cup of filter coffee that I made really strong and I think I have overdosed on caffine a bit!
Wishy is on the sofa next to me. Shes not feeling great.

yo everyone, im back,im ok hahahahaha,so far,wasnt suppose to drink coffee but the tests were done,then i came home and had a hot tub with the wife hahahaha remember you ladies got me all xcited this morning or maybe i got me xcited, hahaahha,evie sorry about your freind, one they have a show on here with all the stars to,i find it a bit wishy washy,there are a lot of different facilities,i guess ya have to find the one that works,interventions,i dont think you can beat,reminds me a lot of where i went,if ya brake the rules your out, and you lose the coin you paid up front,which normally is quite a lot,take care all be back gyco

Hi LTG, Vlad, Cymru, Oney, Gyco, Wish, Zen, Starting and Sea. Hope I havent left anyone out not intentional ( dont like to be left out myself!!) U all sound positive and upbeat. Oney delighted u have put on patch u feel the benefit u were going through torture. I am on the gum and loving it dont feel a bit guilty no rotten chest and dont think I will get a cats arse from it u know what I dont care all I care about is I am smoke free. Just in from work delighted it is Friday going for a shower and going out for something to eat no AL.
