Hey Fick - AWESOME to hear you are feeling so good - you sure deserve it. We are on daylight savings here - hence a bigger time difference than winter...speaking of which, the temperature here is a mild 18-odd degress celcius - very lucky down here not to have any real extremes of heat or cold most of the seasons.
