ok im off in a little while hope i didnt blow it with the coffee i hate fasting,and yes i do not like needles just to tell you why, when i was younger , you no boys,i had a wart on my hand needle in the hand doc hit bone then there was the time playing hockey hit in the eye stuck a needle in my eye no what i mean sympathy hahahaha thax folks it was enjoyable

yes, its AA fic. They were a good group last night. Except the women who sat next to me and was pissed and tried to give me a 'lift' home! But your going to get that, and its a good reminder of where I dont want to be.
A sponser is someone who takes you through the 12 step prog starts, 1 by 1. I dont know the exact details, but will speak to someone next week about it. The 12 step prog is the one in the AA book.
