We call them Yobbos or Bogans.

In Ireland we used to call them Knackers, I think this saying is unique to where I was living. Bogans everywhere around me these days.

Here in the mountains we call them Hillbileys. They came from Euorpe........They made their homes in the Tenn. Basin area. West Va, and Kentucky.
