Hi guys!
Krigs you are doing great! Well bloody done!
I am on day 2 with no nicotine whatsoever...i am not feeling very well, but for you it will be easier i think, you will cut down the nicotine gradually...even so, I am determined to do this...I feel a bit like I have man flu..you know a bit achey, very tired and needy? :-)Living now and not just existing since 9th July 2008

Our thread has slowed way down....I just now put my patch on and I have started the Allen Carr book about smoking. I am not in the mood, really, to read but I'll catch a few pages here and there.

Hmmm.... I've heard of birds getting away like that before and coming to the owner though. Do you have any tinkle bells in the cage or any sounds he might identify with that you could set outside?vegan zombies want your grains
