Chicken can be such a dodgy meat if not cooked, stored properly. People just dont give it the same considerations as other meats, cause its chicken. I once went into a kitchen while doing agency work, and they had cooked chicken in the same tray as raw! I just walked. Wasnt going to be responsible for killing people. So I made sanwiches for 8 hours a day for a week. Wow, what fun that was!!!

At least you got good sports there Cy. We got NASCAR. It is Huge up here in NH. I really cannot stand it. The Bruins are taking a much needed break, and I am not a big basketball fan, although our Boston Celtics are World Champs.

LOL well Sea, we've had a pretty awesome ride yesterday... you would have loved it!

Mr. Wonderful is coming home today and I look like shit. Didn't sleep well at all... just couldn't get to sleep after last night's events. Oh well. Hopefully coffee and a bath will help.

I'm still in awe that I indeed left the open bottle of wine alone last night.
