havent heard there new stuff sea. Saw them live a few years ago, and it was sooooo hot in the arena people were fainting left, right and centre. Listening to counting crows now. Never ever understood the enjoyment in NASCAR myself. You gotta love it....no ta!!

Sunny, I missed something I guess... did you have a car wreck, or nearly so? You OK?

Oney good for you, for deciding to make a plan about the ciggies and proceeding with the project in the right way...

Hipps, yeah, for some of us the hardest thing to give up is the image of alcohol and drugs as important parts of ourselves, of a way of life that we somehow admire... we have images and ideas that need to die if we are to get on with our lives...

Everyone... I hope you have a good day... I am taking the day OFF, for the first day in quite a while I have nothing scheduled that really MUST be done. Already sat meditation, and will go for a walk... otherwise, I can relax, read some things I enjoy. I think I'll go to the library. Last night I saw part 4 of "Prime Suspect" with Helen Mirren and it was fantastic. I love that series!

Morning all!
No, didn't park the horse in the ditch... just the car. Blew a tire, VERY slippery roads... you do the math. Thankfully it happened AFTER I crossed the bridge... so, it was a 3-4' drop instead of a 10' drop. Anyways... I arrived home $80 and 3 hours later, and a bit shaky.
