                    Hi All,
                    Top of the mornin' for a bright, shiny Monday.
                    LTG, Can you leave a message for the adjuster? Mondays are the WORST day; he's dealing with dozens of phone calls, probably. I'm not letting him off the hook, just giving you a perspective from an insurance professional point of view(do you still love me now that you know what I do?)
                    Day 5 on the smoke free. I am using my patch each day but less and less time. Yesterday I put it on about 10a and took it off at 8p. I feel no cravings only an increased general tension. Krigs

                      Wow Krigs, You are doing fantastic!

                      Within another week, you will hardly be thinking about it, you will even forget to put the patch on and it wont be a big deal- I think for me that is the big difference between cigs and booze- with cigs you are able to forget you were ever addicted very quickly- wheras booze seems to be an ongoing thing- maybe because for the vast majority of the populace having the odd drink is an enjoyable sociable thing to do, whereas these days, nobody can really say that about smoking!

                          Hi all! Can't stay but a sec. I sure miss the old days when I sat here all day and posted (well, sort of. My life is moving into a different more productive phase, but I still love and miss you all!) Just have to catch up a bit.
