I think I'm going without the patch today to see what happens....I'll take one with me to work in case I feel the need. I'd rather just get rid of the whole shootin' match including the patch (if possible). I got really tense last evening but if that's all there is without the patch I'll be able to get thru it. Starty, you sound like you have turned a corner, except for the fatigue. How is your day going, Oney?sigpic

Yes, they will be there along with my parents and my brother's family. Do try the Disney cruise....it is great, especially for the kids. We did it a couple of times when the kids were young and once on New Year's Eve...hubs and I were both non-drinkers then. CY, any idea about Irish soda bread made with sour cream and raisins ???
They served some at the service and i heard people saying it was made with sour cream but didn't think it was a good place or time to be asking for recipes...It was so much moister than other soda bread that i have had..sigpicEyes on the PRIZE, a SOBER Future !!!

Evie , perhaps it was buttermilk? Thats what us Paddies used traditionally when making soda bread, I remember we had home baked bread every day as a kid, the smell was something else and I love slavvering butter on jam on warm homemade bread.
Evie, my parcel arrived today, thank you so much, perhaps my new friend will lead me into sobriety, what do you think? My 11 yr old daughter loves the green stone, what is that? I havea great feeling about my new friend, I cant thank you enough, she is going to come everywhere with me from now on.

The Green gem is fluorite ...it comes in many colors and it is very relaxing to lay down and put them on your eye lids...They are very much a stone of the new age and young people go crazy for it in our shop. We have lots of things made out of fluorite ...pryimids, massage wands, globes, eggs...etc. etc.
The angel was hand carved in Brazil from rose quartz and I programed her to radiate the feeling of self love and protection to you...I hope you can feel it. :h:h:lsigpicEyes on the PRIZE, a SOBER Future !!!
