It creates a lot Starty. I finally caved and shed tears two days ago and it actually helped. I have someone on speaker phone with me all day too (a guy) that I trade with so it's not like I can howl in frustration when I feel like it! I am doing really well and I'm not sure why????? I don't even think about smokes anymore. Today is day 3 without the patch so nicotine will be out of my system when I wake up tomorrow!! I haven't had a cigarette since 2/4. I feel like this time it will finally stick with me and that I am a non-smoker.
Oney, You DO smell rather fresh and peachy this evening!!!!"People usually fail when they are on the verge of success. So give as much care to the end as to the beginning." Lao-Tzu
