I am at the sorting and packing stage now. It sucks! We will hire a team to load the truck, then pay the truck company to drive it. We'll take the pets in our Trooper and only stop for potty breaks so we can make the drive in about 12 hours.

OK, loves, I'm trying to leave but wish I could put u in my bags! It's sunny & beautiful today, I going on my on time, feel like a teenager! (No, don't look like 1!) RE: realtors, I'll tell you my take. My best friend is a mega million seller, but I take on the responsibility (thank GOD for the Internet!) of looking for properties I might like. Realtors show you what they WANT to show you, their props that need to sell. I KNOW this, I DONE this. I find what I want to see, & tell them 2 show it to me. You might find a treasure. Gotta keep moving here. Hubs keeps calling 2 C if I'm really leaving, and I'll be gone in an hour!

My husband's job paid for our first move so we let the movers pack us. BIG mistake, I watched them pour the contents of our drawers into boxes. Wasn't around for some of the packing and some of our things just "dissappeared"....young and stupid back then.

We're out of the way, but have 2 clean BR's and 3 separate dog pens plus houses. If u need us, call me, luv!

Ruby, I only tour property that I find myself. I know what we want. I found this house on realtor.com and our agent could find it in her database. She did not schedule us an appointment. We just happened to drive the neighbor and found the owner mowing the lawn.

She does all the work....have to seperate the cattle once they start to have calves. Sometimes the calves don't want to get up....she will actually nip at them to get them up. She's a gem as a quarter horse but hang onto your hat if one of the mommas gets out of line....she'll take off after them and leave you on the ground wondering where she went if you aren't paying attention!
