Zenny a trip to the swimming pool is feckin BRILL girlie! Thats what exercise is about, enjoying yourself and feeling good. I am very proud of you! And laying in the sun is equally important, simply because you like it! Well done!

Oh yes, I went out today!!! I went shopping and bought 2 pairs of combats! Now its snowing again, so might be a while until next time :-)

Feeling a bit better starts. Slept all day which helped. Going to my meeting and having an early night tonight.
