Hiya Zen

I just hate it, I come home from work at 6pm...get people fed...get my three girls finished with home work...cleaned up and to bed...by then I am too pooped to do washing up.
I definately NEED a better routine...any routine!

Ahh Zenny, just remember that crap feeling next time you are tempted...I always remember throwing up on my last binge...that kinda helps me :-)

I have booked an appointment with a personal shopper next wednesday!!!!!!
They are free and all you do is sit there and drink coffee while they run around finding you stuff to wear! I had one before, and she was really good. Completely revamped my work wardrobe.
