Oh, a Welsh win. It'll be tight, tough and rough, but with 75000 in the millenium stadium, its like an extra man, and Wales do have such a superb squad at the mo, and a great coach in Gatland. Ill send you my facebook pic. I think you will find it amusing!

Morning to you all. I am checking in. Cymru you have my sympathy. I just feel sick as if I could vomit. Was meant to go to the gym today, to do my impression of Elvis the female version on the cross trainer. I have had to cancel as I will end up dying and I need to get my house in order before I embark on any training. So like those who are getting their diet in order, today I do the same. Making some vegetable soup, good wholesome food. Going to drink water. Must quit the cigs as that is not really the best thing to be doing if I am trying to get fit. Wish me well, I am off to clean my kitchen which has been left whilst I embarked on a binge of self pity!!!! Have a really good day.
