Hello Friends, I just woke from a nightmare (4:30 am here) and it is so comforting to log on and see you all here...i really mean that. Now maybe I can calm down and go back to sleep.
The dream was about a boxing match that turned into a brawl...US against THEM...who ever "them" is, I don't know ??? Maybe alcohol and drugs?? I'll try to figure that one out in the morning. PM me if you have any ideas???
Why do you have tape over your mouth CY ??? Keeping drink out or words in ??? I am to shook up by my dream to think.
GOD have I missed something ???

1st page good start to the day tht id try to go thro each page seperately,starts nc to see your energetic as usual,again great post the other day on perscription meds,cy well done,like me the flu is a pain in the ass,with aches and pains i got its a real bogger,hahah,just a thot on the AA program,you no the big book is online,free to read,under AA book,always remember sponsors are human,a little advice readthe 1st 164 pages over and over and over again,that istthe progam,kinda like instructions on a better way to live,once you read it a few times you ll no what i mean,another thing,out sponsors,make sure he or she has some,time under there belt,im proud of you cy,more to come,

A quick hello to y'all - and YES indeed Evie - it is SOOO great to be able to log in here at most times and see some strength and support! In some ways I long for my early MWO days, when I was up a lot in the night, and you were all always here - that was how I got to know most of you mainstays in the army! Thank God for you all....Now that I am part of the furniture....well...it is just GRAND to be a comfy sofa!!! Or whatever. We were slammed at work tonight - busy weekend here, the famous Speights Coast to Coast Triathalon weekend....home now, however - and so is my darling Jordan! Yay! This mum and her two sons have just had cups of tea and coconut/banana cake YUM - Hey! Not to bad for a recovering alkie mum and her two teenage sons to be doing at 11.30pm on a Friday night :H
Hope this post finds you all in great form! Am off to bed shortly - another day's grind tomorrow x
