We havent met but welcome. I often post on the Army thread as personally I feel quite at home there. I see you posted on there earlier and had a bit of fun. The Army thread is not "about" anything as such its just a bunch of kindred spirits who are all at different stages of fighting the AL beast some new some old some struggling some not so much. Sometimes its fun and chit chat but nearly always there are underlying AL issues that are being dealt with as they arise which of course they always do as that is why we are all here. Some people like to jolly each other along having a laugh at the same time and others like to take a more serious approach to their addiction. Basically everyone is different but there is something for everyone here. Most people do find their spot in MWO after a while so just give everything and everywhere a try to see where you feel most comfortable.

The army thread is hysterical and for the addictive poster. you can stay on for hours and post away communicating. Different strokes for different folks.. depends on your mood.. i go there at times and i laugh like hell.

M.W.O. is a valuable site, and i hope you have a good look around here. There is so much to read, so much useful information, whether you're thinking of modding, or abstaining. People's stories, day to day experiences and battles, i find to be an inspiration/education, and you may, like me, see yourself in many stories here. You are not alone. To me the ARMY thread is a "PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE NETWORK" I almost said (people to people ministry) but I realize others see the word MINISTRY as meaning RELIGION which is much differently than how I see it. I see it as meaning a place for "spiritual upliftment", and that's what the Army is to me. We all need a safe place to land sometimes and the ARMY, in my eyes is a sorta safety NET.

JC people.....wasn't slamming the Army thread....just looking at some of the slamming that was going on....everything from FU to someone pissed that I called them a gooses ass....when that was what the hell their avatar was....ya know...I changed my user name to a more positive name because I thought bottomsup was something in my past....wanted to put that behind me but HELL....I could just as well stay home with my cheatin husband and crawl into my bottle of vodka for all the support you get on this site.....I thought, when I first came here that this was a soft, nurturing site. Not at allllllllll sure any more....
