Zen didn't you say this is your first day AF? Maybe it's not the flu but withdrawal. Sorry if I miss read or anything.

          Hi BH
They are taking forever getting back to me on that job. They said that would let me know one way or another if they would request an interview or not. I am on Lexapro, which seemed to be helping for a while. They just say that I have depression and anxiety disorder. The symptoms have just been more extreme recently.

            Hello Lilmea!
Sounds like withdrawal to me. Just go with the flow and be really nice to yourself and drink lots of fizzy drinks. Could be a sugar downer? Have some cake!

Oh good so that is still a possibility then. Fingers crossed. Can you chase them up or would that seem a bit desperate? My sister and her docs did a lot of experimentation with her AD's and there was a lot of trial and error until she found the right drugs/balance. She is really good now. She is still a lunatic but she doesnt stay in bed for 5 days every couple of weeks now. She cannot drink on the AD's though as she goes completely mental and then has massive downer. Scary stuff. She was never a drinker until she went on AD's then she started drinking like me! One alkie in the family is enough.

                    Yes, going to meetings
I was going to go tonight, but I am tired and stomach is acting up. There is a meeting in the morning that I really like and I think that I can get a sponsor there tomorrow. My friend knows someone who she thinks would be good for me.
I have spent up to two weeks in bed, recently it seems more rapid though, like 3-4 days at a time in bed, which is really not me. People have told me at times that I am way too hyper and happy. Ah, whatever. Enuff about me. I am sober and fairly balanced today.

I still have some from when I had insurance. When it runs out, I don't know what I will do. It costs 111.00 dollars. a month.

Been on several AD's since 1989. I stopped taking them in 2003. Got put on them again a few months ago.

                              Hi Sea
That sounds very like my sis. She could run a small country when she was "up" but then 3/4 days in bed. I reckon you need to get your meds checked out. Have you tried the true calm for anxiety. Glad you are sober today. You should read that thing about having kids and it will give you such a good laugh. That always helps.
