Good Morning Peeps!

Oney, what are you gonna do with Pc? I just bought my mum one from PC world, ?329 its fairly basic, but she seems pleased with it.

Zenster, how did day 1 go? I have been sending you good vibes across cyberspace to help though through.

I have no idea why yet again I am wide awake at 6am. My body clock seems to be messing me about big time just now...either I cannot wake up or I cannot sleep.

I had quite a few cravings yesterday for my various vices, I guess these will come and go like the alcohol did in the early days..so I am just learning to go with them. I am definitely not giving in so that question is not even entering my thoughts at all. I read that it takes about 3 months for the brain to recover and rewire itself...thats fine, I am a patient person...usually :H

Today if the weather is any good I am going off for a very long hike with Rich and the dogs, that always makes me feel better and I havent been for a while with all this snow that we've had. Its still laying about but at least there is no more to add to it.

Plus, my declutter project actually got off the ground yesterday...so today a trip to the recycling dump is in order!

Feeling pretty good this morning after a nice long sleep. I seem to wake up at 5.54a.m every morning for some strange reason! Managed to go back to sleep though. Had a nice walk. Not too cold, and quite fresh. Having a goldfish bowl full of coffee and ill be ready to rock!
Started reading the Big Book properly for the first time last night. For those who havent, even if AA isnt your thing, its a book worth reading.
