They very kindly gave me a copy in the meeting I go to on a thursday. They said I could keep it for as long as I wanted to go, and if i didnt, just drop it off on a thursday. Its a new copy too. A very kind gesture i thought.

Dont think ill be able to today, cause wishy is in work and is busy, so wont get the car. The meeting today is about a 25 min drive. Will def go to one tmr though.

Hey i think i read that big book once or twice.. like a lot of things.. it is a very good thing to have in your tool box! I also read recently.. the Ekhart Tolle book A NEW EARTH which I found very helpful in being AF as well. Altogether different subject of course, but about being aware and mindfulness etc.

Hey thanks Cym.. I can't find the painkiller thread right now but I should post there eh.
I found that I was the 170th person or something that ordered the book (it might've been the one before) from the public library so me & my 15yo reckoned it would be about 4 & 1/2 years before i got to borrow the book. To say no more.. I bought it. Happy to post it if you want to pm me.
