Amino Acids, The Mood Cure
I use the L-Glut powder from Vitacost myself...it is an economical way to get it...just dump it into a smoothie or something.
cv1;50971 wrote: Lori, actually, I'll take l-glut several times daily in 2,000 mg. I use the powder instead of capsules. And, vitacost does now carry the l-trypophan again. I would use 500mg of that to start with. The daily max dose for that should be 3500 mg. If you are using 5-htp instead, use a 10th of the dosage because L-trypophan converts to 5-htp which converts to seretonin...:l:boxer:Failure is NOT an option! :boxer:

Just wanted to ask, has anyone found a good Australian source to replace MWO Amino Complete? I've been looking at so called 'complete' supps available in Australia but none of them has everything that the MWO version has.
Any recommendations?

If there is one thing that really keeps my cravings at bay its the supps. Honestly, take them, they do wonders for mental and physical health. I take an amino mix (all one) and Lglut plus some extra vits. Keeps me on an even keel :-)Living now and not just existing since 9th July 2008

I agree thinking back now I use to go to the gym 3 x a week, i'd cycle from home then cycle straight past the pub on the way home and those 2 combined (gym+supps) made me feel great.
Flax seed oil is a good one to try and very benificial to the health system.
