For me its 12 days nicotine free. I am feeling good except that I have put on weight and my digestion isnt too great (delicately speaking)

Hi Starts, good going on 12 days NF, your doing bloody brilliantly!

Once i have copied all his files onto disk i will restore his pc to factory settings, which will mean all his files will be deleted so i can then load them all back on from the disks. This should hopfully get rid of any virus on the system.

The guy in the shop said that even with AV software you can still pick up viruses. Seems pointless having it really!! He said it was something to do with the nasty people who make the viruses, i didn't really understand what he was saying to be honest!!!

Never though of a career in IT, i'm ok if i know what i'm doing and i can find my way around a PC well but wouldn't say i'm an IT wizard. I've picked up most if it from my Step dad as he is amazing on the PC and has sorted my Pc out for me many a time and once i've been shown how to do something once it sticks.

Oney, I think its a bit better, I crashed at lunchtime but for less than an hour before I was crashing twice a day for a couple of hours each time....I hope so much that its lifting...

What about helpdesk support? Might be worth thinking about? They would teach you all about the application/product you would be supporting....
