                  Morning all
Just been for my run - god it feels good afterwards. Not so sure about during but it really sets you up for the day you sort of feel you have achieved something. I found a great little training programme in a magazine especially for a 10 km run or walk - its a 10 week training schedule ending with a 10km event. I will see if I can find a link to it and post it. Its really not hard and it is a gradual build up thingy. I have also found another progamme which is like a life coach which guides you to living the life you want in 12 steps. The 12 steps again! Its online and its free and really easy to follow you just print it out and do it yourself. I have only just started but it is really interesting and I am learing a lot. It is all about figuring out who you are so that you then can figure out what you want and then live the life you want. Once you llive the life you want you (and its not about stuff) you will then be happy blah blah blah. I would never have been open to this stuff before but getting sober etc is like opening a can of worms isnt it!
Here is the link for the change your life. Next Life Coach, Welcome to Next Life Coach and follow the links for life coach. If anyone wants to do it with me that would be great as we could compare notes.

                      Hey krigs
Yes he made it up! But it was still a good read. I read somewhere that he said ok well maybe it should be put in the fiction section rather than the non fiction section of books stores.

I recently read "we need to talk about Kevin" - by Lionel someoneorother (who is a girl) and jeez that was a great read. All about a teenager who goes on a rampage and kills his school mates. Very insightful and scary especially if you have teenagers who think Hitler was misunderstood!
Also read Sebastian Barry's book the secret scripture - oh god that was so good and the name of the book is a bit misleading as it doesnt seem to have any bearing on the contents of the book. I loved it. I didnt want it to end and I cried like a baby.
