Sorry to be a pest - jumping in here all the time - but I just feel so darn good for the most part. Just got back from a 20 minute walk (something I swore I'd never be able to get into...). Up this morning at 6:30 with no hangover - feels so great. Did you all find that once you stopped drinking so much that you needed more sleep for awhile? Seems like I'm catching up on all the rotten sleep I've had over these past few years. Any one week one is through - I'm moderating pretty well 2-3 per night. Hope you all have a great day!
