I have changed cd now to Ry Cooder, bop till you drop! Less dangerous for me I think, its amazing the emotions music can evoke , isnt it, I still love ya Prince tho!

I think its getting easier, I am not so focussed on it, but this morning Rich was lighting up a cigarrette and I could quite easily have plucked it from his lips and smoked it

Long time, months and months. Now I don't miss it at all except sometimes I still like the smell of smoke when someone lights up. Other times I can't stand it.
