I'm afraid tea was my substitute (and I'm in the US), so no such luck there. I have, however lost some weight. I'm hoping my new exercise will bring me to 175 lbs (I'm 180 now) at 5'10". Not bad for a near 50s guy.
When we lay down we are all the same height. I'm not sure how tall we are when we are heaving in the toilet. -
