Wino and Starts. Stop putting yourselves down. It is so upsetting to watch. You are beautiful strong souls, who are unique, special. It really doesn't matter what people think of our bodies. It's what we feel about ourselves on the inside that counts. I may not have cut back on the mcdonald's and kentucky fried, but at least i know who i am, what i am,.......on the inside. Have you guys tried using baking soda? My sister, who is a dentist by the way, recommended me to give it a try. Although I am sure she would be happier to have me visit her clinic :-))

Hi vegas, thank you for sharing. I never tired baking soda. I never needed it, to be honest. My teeth are white enough, so I am happy. But yes, I heard that baking soda can be good, especially for people on budget.

My daughter just had gingivitis in her gums, after 3 days of brushing with baking soda...viola! Gone! And yes, it's cheap and DOES whiten teeth too!
