    Attempted a nap, since I was up at 5am. Not very successful. I am up having coffee now. I am going to an AA meeting soon. What's up with everyone?

                          Get a cup of boiling water from the kettle and then add a few quirts of lemon juice and two teaspoons full of honey, i then cruch 1 painkiller and it to it so that it disolves.
