I have logged onto this a number of times in the last couple of days, but never seen anyone else in there. Am i doing it wrong or is it just not used by most?

Hi Mod, I clicked on Live Chat and it give me 2 options,
Public Chat in Forum Web Page & Public Chat in a New Window Pop up
Which do I choose? Is it like Windows Messenger chatting, where you just start chatting as long as they are on your list.
Moderator, I can see your name in Live Chat and I typed 2 sm. enteries but no response.
