I've done AF for Lent many times - when I was drinking half a bottle of vodka nearly every day, it seemed appropriate. So for the next 40 days my rules are:

No vodka
Only have a drink if invited too or on occasion
No chocolate or crisps (I think this is going to be hard)
And complete the Carbon Fast.

When there's no vodka, I lose interest in drinking. Was AF last night and Lent only started today.
