      we had a big height/weight talk the other day xD

      I'm only 5'4" so I'm quite ickle xD But I've decided I'm goign to start running again, instead of drinking and smoking (I may stop doing that so much as well lol). I used to be really good, school record holder for long distance at one point.
      The way I change the past is by not repeating it

            Hi all. I've spent a lovely eveing with my mum. I cooked her a lovely dinner and then we sat and watched tele for a bit and had a good catch up. I have only briefly caught up on the thread so i do appoligise.

            Zenny .... i can't believe Rick would say that to you, what an insensitive turd he is.

            TG ... well done on the weight loss!

                      Right i'm off to bed now. I have to be up at 6am for work. I will catch up on the threads in the morning as i want to have a read of Oney's chart but i'm just to tired at the mo and can't keep my eyes open.
