    SCREEN NAMES

I chose 'Sweaty' because I wanted to share how it feels living in the tropics - and Betty because it rhymed! The frogs because the wildlife here is one of the things I love.
    Proud to be SLIGHTLY SLOVENLY.:wavin:

Hippie, On second thought, change your name if it helps you in your recovery.

Angelcakes, Harper is a really good name for a boy. I like it.

        Aprilmoon, Which book?
        Dill

Dont forget, you can: start late, start over, be unsure, try and fail AND STILL SUCCEED!

If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.

I also felt cuckoo when I came here.

My name was more tied up with herbs. I really like lavendar, mint, chammomile, coneflower, chives....Etc... The first thing that came to my mind in trying to comeup with a name was herbs. I didn't want something too feminine or too masculine. So I picked dill. It's pretty, but pungent? Also, the little girl character from To Kill a Mockingbird.... I just liked it!
I LOVE your thought process. Herbs are my fav in my garden. "Rosemary by the garden gate" is a must for me! Maybe I should have been Rosemary!!! LOL

my cute and difficult cat, who is like a very unruly toddler but with lethal teeth and claws, is Dexter. Not named for the TV show about the serial killer, but it's appropriate . The dancing cat just because it made me smile.

I picked the name YoungAtHeart because I turned 50 a few days before I found this site, and turning 50 made me feel old. The avatar is from our standard stock, and the name of it is "50's girl". Obviously, I was born in the 50's. Felt good at the time, and it's stuck, except for about a year when I had a different avatar. Many times people just call me YAH.

I believe that thoughts are things and that what we think fuels that maifestation of what comes to pass in our lives. My name "bestlife" is representitive of my goal that I was on my way to creating the "best life" that I have lived to date, when joining this site. The following ldms are my kids and my iniitals - just to personalize. So far, it has supported the "Thoughts are things" concept. Love and support to all. One suggestion, keep those screen names positive!

                            Good Idea

I chose last call because I made so many last calls in the bars that I want this to truly be the last and final call. My avatar changes with my moods. I chose this particular one because I think I need God to carry me a little bit right now after recently screwing up after 28 days. And I always loved that poem Footprints. :beach:

I'm not bumping this out of the need for recognition, but because I SO love the info everyone is sharing. There are still many I would like to hear from, so here I go again. It's wonderful how our minds work when we first come here. I've heard many say they might change their names now, because they HAVE changed, and that is beautiful!
