For me, I had some pangs at the restuarant but as soon as I had my soft drink all was well......
I have NEVER enjoyed myself so much....I am SO grateful I was sober...and that we all were, it made all the difference..

I have friends here at the moment, and have turned down all invites- although I am doing the Sinclair Method again I still don't want to put myself in dangerous situations- my friends don't seem to take it well- I guess I will be friendless pretty soon

I just cannot contemplate being in a social setting with a glass of pop at the moment- but at least you were all in the same boat, but bloody well done anyway!
