Helooooo all! Lazy kaperooney here. Life has been fucking crazy - I have been incredibly depressed, and should have got on here much earlier than this to talk about it....I sprained my ankle at work - that was the start of it, then i fucked my tailbone, then I had to do some errands in the PISSING down rain, and of course I got the flu - so another two days off work...however, when I felt a tad better, I bought a very expensive pair of boots AND a car, only to find out I had my hours at work reduced by VERY MANY, and THEN a letter from PRECIOUS fucking Vea, desperately seeking $50.00 in order to escape a stabbing/beating WHATEVER....so what did I do???? Of course I had a god dam drink - over 3 months of pretty good sobriety BLOWN....

Oh well, here I am, and if any of you are still up and about, sorry that I have ranted, it just HASN'T been my "last couple of weeks" !!!

However, I strongly recommend, from bitter experinece, that the DRINK DID NOT HELP!!! :H

I am still sitting here in my pjs at almost 4pm...WTF is wrong with me?? I think I'll jump in the shower and take a walk. I've gotta get some training in before my 5K. I really don't want to walk the entire time. I have my audio books now so I bet I can knock off a couple of miles without really thinking about it. I just downloaded "Co-Dependent No More". My hubby and I are so co-dependent with one another that it's criminal....I'm going to start breaking that chain that binds us in this unhealthy dance. I am hoping we will survive but who knows what will happen. I'm quite sure (down deep) he is ready to stop the dance also. I think it will turn out well for both of us! Kriggyass
