well thanks for the reply...............weird today as i told my daughter that i was trying not to drink mon - thurs but took a nal and thought sod it i'll listen to advice as i have tried lots of ways and failed. Thing is on the sinclair thingy u and marbella (are u in the same house? lol) he mentioned budweiser!!!!!!!!! thats the only thing i ever drink. I used to do the hard stuff and not touched it for years. so i will listen to what u say and carry on.

can i tell you how much i have needed to find a sight like this!!!!!!!!!!! feels like i can open up without criticism or frowns!

hello, very interested in sinclair method. i ve read the book but need to know if there is a doctor who can give the liver test and prescribe naltrexone in the uk, im a bit nervous about using drugs without the test and from the internet. can anyone offer some advice? thanks
