Jilly, I used to call myself the queen of "Try and Try Again". Oh my, over and over and over again, I would set out with conviction that this time was going to be "the" time that I would be successful at remaining alcohol free. Keep trying, because eventually, I was ~ I am ~ and so can you. You do not fail, until you stop trying. Hugs

Thank you all for caring I do feel ashamed but I guess we all have gone through the same feelings on here. Some days feel worse dont they and the bottle just starts calling. xx :thanks:
