Just went for a nice long walk in the sunshine. Sat by the river Usk for a bit. Lovely!
Oh, my mum knows and tells me im an alcoholic. Too much I think sometimes!! Dont go losing too much on that poker! are you feeling better mate?

It is wonderfull to sit in the sun(though it was cold!), with peace of mind within. Money dont buy that feeling!
