    Depression and Supplements

Hi all. Here's a link to an excellent site with details on supplements and depression. Because there is such a strong link between alcohol, sugar, depression...customizing your supplements to work best for you can really aid in recovery and continued control and happiness...:l

      Neurotransmitter testing

      Hi all,

CV has inspired me to do some research of my own, and I found this interesting website.

      https://neurorelief.com/index.php

They do neurotransmitter tests to determine the levels of serotonon, dopamine, etc. in your body. You can either have your own doctor contact them or get a list of practitioners from them.

      Enjoy!
