I am going out in a mo to do my training, its walking briskly for 3 miles and in the last mile doing 10 repetitions of running 30 secs walking 1 min. I will let you know how I go providing I dont have a heart attack half way round :-)

Hi there Dear Friends, Just a quick Hello and to report good news. Bros old GF is thinking of moving back in ....as long as he doesn't pick up the drink again..
This would be the best thing that could happen for him...and relieve me of so much responsibility. She has put up with so much crap from him in the past. Way more than I would have.
I suggested that he give her a pay check so she can take time off work to be here to care for him and drive him to Dr's. etc...It just might work out. Other wise I think he will soon need to be hospitalized and that's the last thing he wants...He is determined to be at home to his last day..
I pray she will give him this one more chance. If he screws it up then she can leave for good.
i will speak to hospice again in the morning and then hope to be able to go back home...
I have a demanding life and this has really thrown me for a loop. I am very glad that I did come...I think we are all more at peace with it now...Love yous all MUCH-LY !!!!

Evie, you have achieved so much since you went there, has your brother got long left do you think? Would he be capable of returning to drink? I hope it works out for them and you and you can all survive your brothers passing on with a sence of peace and it having gone well, no regrets for anyone, no horrible lagacies. I wish you all the best in these awful circumstances.

Thanks Limers, I do feel like it has been worth the trip...for sure. Now I also have a better relationship with my niece and nephew...that means alot to me.
When I first got here,I didn't think he had long for this world...still don't think it is more than weeks or a few months ....but his whole attitude has changed and i see him wanting all the time he can squeeze out of this life to make amends...it's kinda bitter sweet but I assured him it.s not too late as long as he still has a breath of life in him.
I can't believe he will drink again...he is on heavy pain meds and it would probably kill him ASAP...
Can't wait to get home and sleep in my own bed...maybe on Monday night ???

Rubes, That little pic of Willow in your signature is SO cute. I think about her too, Ruby....She was such a harmless and sweet little pup.
Since Atlanta has been so cold this winter hubby is using that against me.....(he wants to move to where it is warm ALL the time). He may have to go to Florida and me to Atlanta!! I just ran into one of my clients at the grocery store and he said "when are you moving to Florida?". I was pissed that hubs is spreading it around....he'd better keep his mouth shut; that's a bad deal if my clients start thinking that I am leaving them!!! I guess we'll have a little talk later!

We're all missing each other today! Krigs, I'm voting ATL!!! Florida is so expensive and so storm-prone! Don't get me wrong, I love it, but I like my four seasons! Those are my boys last year in my avatar. Hard to believe they're not related by blood!!!
