                              Evie, if you drive, come through ATL and I'll put you up for the night. Would SOSOSOSOSO love to see you. We are SUPER careful about our tenants. I tell them up front that if the cops are ever called to them, for any reason, they're out! Plus, my late fee is HUGE, and they don't like to pay it. I might get the rent at the very last moment, but I get it! I DO pamper them, fix problems immediately, and I tell them I treat them with every courtesy, and expect the same. Hubs would CROAK if he was offered sex! He would come home and tell me to make them move!!!!
