No new news on my end Beaches.
I am slipping quickly from denial to shock to sadness, and resting quite uncomfortably into anger.
Is this normal?
Any professional peeps out there.
Like I am mad.
Mad at the police for stopping looking (although my rational mind KNOWS realistically they cannot search for one missing person indefinately)
I am mad there are no clues, no answers...no ANYTHING.
Is anger a self preservation tool my mind is using?
Because I am finding it troubling.

Keeta, there are seven stages and anger is one of them. Very normal for you to feel this way and good that you acknowledge it even if it is uncomfortable to you. I don't recall all the other stages and I'm sure that the unknown factor has a part to play as well. The absence of resolution must exacerbate the pain. Yes, Keeta, Greenie is so right with her post. You can look up statistics, and it's daunting. Just support your sister and her family as much as possible now, because the lack of a conclusion is SO hard. It's like waiting on the other shoe to drop as you HAVE to get on with your life. I just had the most amazing phone conversation with my sister.
She brought ME back around where I need to be.
Strong, and supportive for HER.
She is an incredible woman, and I love her very much.
We will see this out together.
Whether it is fate, foul play, or something else has taken Wes from her at this time, I will not let myself waiver from the task at hand.
Standing strong at her side to the very end.
