Saint Jude, yes, I married him as a "party girl" and knew that fully well going into the marriage. I didn't know what 20 more years of drinking would do to my body & mind, though!

Congratulations Be. What you have done takes a lot of hard work and I am happy for you!! I too believe in that stinkin' All One Powder! I had to stop taking it a few weeks ago temporarily, due to a medical issue that should be sorted out soon. Mean time, I'm coming down with the first cold I've had for a long, long time. All One rocks. (and exercise too)

Hope life keeps moving in positive directions. I feel lucky that I'm the only alkie in my marriage. Not sure how that happened, but I'm lucky it did.

I met my Hubby when I was bartending... Guess that kinda says a lot right there...(I was pretty much a party girl myself for wayy too long!)

Just took me a while to realize it...

Hard to believe, more often than not... anymore I'm the "responsible one"... quite a change around here... that def wouldn't have happened before I found MWO!

Thanks, Judie. I used to bartend, too. I can't even imagine doing that now. Remember the hours? Going home when it was getting light out? Yuck!

I, too, am the responsible one now. I love it here at MWO, too, and am so grateful to this site and all I've learned.
