All good here, just put our dinner on, lamb chops, Moroccan Carrot salad and pasta...yum - heading out to a meeting (AA) after dins, but shall look forward to catching up on all the goss before too long x

Oney is OK, she is just super busy at the moment.

Well, yesterday, I had a lovely long chat to Zenny, who has given me lots of food for thought and inspiration. I was feeling a bit stuck in the mud and chatting to her seems to shifted it. Thank you Zenny!

I am going to try and get some things accomplished today. Its very easy to sit here on my laurels waiting for something to happen. but life just doesnt workt that way, I have to put a bit more effort in I think.

So, lets see what today brings....

Hey there Starts and Keets! Glad to hear Ones all good - REALLY glad....
Morrocan carrot salad, mmmmmmmmmmm....!!!!!!!!!! delish - pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, (toasted) julienned carrots, and kumara (sweet potato) plenty of vinaigrette, sauteed onion in garlic - chives..... toss it all up and add anything else you would like! Lovely! Hear Jacob's fork being scraped off his plate as I type! Off to AA v v soon, shall check in later x

Glad to hear your chat with Zenny helped. I didn't know you were feeling out of sorts. What has been up?

I know the feeling of needing to put more effort in. Some days I feel like I am on the outside looking in on my life. The problem is the days pass quickly, and nothing gets done. I wonder if I am slipping into a bit of depression.

I sure hope you feeling ok!?

I am 45 Keets. I was made redundant this year, which was a GOOD thing. Now I have no idea what to do next.

This place, and all you all here are a part of my life.
Oh I recall you saying that about your job I think.

So no ideas on where to go? Are you married or single? Need to work, want to work? What sort of work were you in before?

Up until last year I was the Post Master in our small town with Canada Post. (we have a small retail outlet only, it is a very small Hamlet I live in)

I was laid off for a while, and now I am just a clerk. There aren't many options here, due to size. Not many jobs.
But I do enjoy my job well enough.
