helo everybody,yes i am still feeling good and positive,keeping myself busy,i swim every morning(indoor public swimming pool) & walk & cycle alot.i have lost 8 kilos since jan,which is not bad,anyway hope everybody else is doing ok,as u all no, life is just one damned thing after another
